Greetings and welcome to Dual Analogs.
I'm Patrick Ryan, the older portion of this duo. I'd like to take a minute and and introduce myself to all of you. This page will be updated periodically as I ad devices and gadgets that I use, so check back occasionally.
I've been an avid gamer for most of my life. I currently own a non-working NES, a SuperNES, Nintendo GameCube, Xbox 360, Wii, and a Nintendo DSi. At one point or another in my life, I have owned a GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, GameBoy Advance SP, Nintendo DS, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, and Sony PlayStation Original.
I use an Android 2.3 powered T-Mobile G2x by LG as my primary mobile phone. My wife uses an Android 2.2 powered HTC T-Mobile MyTouch 3G (this will likely change to a much more powerful HTC phone or, if I can talk her into it, a Samsung Galaxy S II). We are both on T-Mobile and would have it no other way. The recent announcement that AT&T and T-Mobile will be merging (with FCC and FTC approval) had made me sick to my stomach.
I use an HP laptop with Windows 7.
I have an Intel Quad Core Duo Apple MacPro running Mac OS 10.4. I use this strictly for editing video. I use Final Cut Studio 4. (I sold this recently)
I have the Adobe Creative Suite 2 for Macintosh and Adobe Photoshop CS 3 and Adobe Illustrator CS 3 for Windows.
I have owned a 15gb 3rd Generation iPod and currently own a 4gb iPod Nano. I am trying to move my family as far outside of the iTunes ecosystem as possible. I even refuse to put iTunes on our Windows 7 laptop.
I use AT&T's revolutionary U-Verse for television and internet. If I can help it, I will never go back to using standard cable service ever again.
